Engage in gentle exercises, sensory activities, and interactive play to support your baby's motor development. Join us for a fun and stimulating experience that fosters early coordination and strength. This class will be held the third Thursday of every month. This 30 Minute class will be FREE for all babies 12 weeks to crawling. Reservations required.

Our classes are designed to foster a love for the sport, build confidence, and instill discipline. This is an exciting level where more formal gymnastics instruction begins as well as independent practice. They use various gymnastics apparatus such as the vault, bars, beam, and floor. Our main objective is to provide a safe, fun and engaging environment for young gymnasts to learn and develop their gymnastics skills.

Adaptive one on one classes with a certified instructors

Join us for a magical Storytime Adventure! Watch as your child's eye light up as coach Hope read sPete the cat screams for ice cream! aloud. Afterward, you and your child can explore our themed gymnastics circuits inspired by the book’s characters and adventures. To add to the fun your kids will get to create a special book-themed craft to take home as a keepsake. This enchanting event is sure to spark imaginations, inspire creativity, and leave everyone with cherished memories!

Come once a month for adults to play in our fantastic playground! Coach Maddy caters to the attendees and hops in to play with everyone. She will help you level up a skill or give you some ideas on what to train. Come anytime during the hour and a half.
